Ethylene Acryclic (VAMAC®)

Normally used in applications where chemical and heat resistance are required, Ethylene Acrylic (or VAMAC® as it is widely known), has similar properties to polyacrylate, but exhibits an extended low temperature limit and better mechanical properties.

Features & Benefits

  • High resistance to UV and ozone degradation
  • Chemical resistance to:
    • Engine coolant mixtures (glycol)
    • Dilute acids & alkalis
    • Hot oil (powertrain applications)
