Gylon BIO LINE FamilyGYLON BIO-LINE® PTFE material provides exceptional sealing performance for all pharmaceutical and food processing applications and processes. It’s restructured PTFE composition provides safe, durable and consistent sealing performance in a range of challenging environments, including exposure to acids, caustics, sensitive media, low and high temperatures and pressures.

By remaining flexible, tight and flush with the pipe bore, even under high loads, GYLON BIO-LINE® gaskets further eliminate the potential for process material contamination caused by traditional elastomeric seals.

FDA DIN 11850 and ISO 1127 PTFE Gasket

GYLON BIO-ASEPT® seals offer high stability and a specific elasticity. The seals are pre-formed and stress controlled to provide a solid seal when assembled in piping systems. Chemical degradation or brittleness will not occur under normal or even elevated process and sterilization conditions. GYLON BIO-ASEPT® gaskets conform to DIN 11853 (hygienic connections) and DIN 11864 (aseptic connections) and far exceed the performance characteristics of conventional elastomeric seals.

M1/M2 Collar DIN 11851 PTFE Gasket - For Dairy Screw Couplings

Its combination of sealing stress and simultaneous recovery makes GYLON BIO-ECO® the ideal solution for couplings in accordance with DIN 11851 and SMS 1149. All of the disadvantages associated with current elastomeric seals regarding temperature, chemical resistance, and re-usability are eliminated by the modified PTFE material. GYLON BIO-ECO® seals are available in all common sizes and dimensions, either without an inner collar (M1) or with an inner collar (M2).

Highly Resistant Hygienic Gasket for TRI-CLAMP Couplings

GYLON BIO-PRO® seals provide a safe and durable solution for protecting the integrity of food and pharmaceutical processing media. Its modified and restructured PTFE material is pre-formed and stress controlled for all standard TRI-CLAMP connections. It is dimensionally stable and resists intrusion.
