About the ABRA-LINE™ from Garlock
ABRA-LINE™ expansion joints are available in five different models, and each features a proprietary urethane formula that provides excellent abrasion resistance to materials found in the power generation, fertilizer production, mining and chemical processing industries.
- Style 404: Designed for full vacuum abrasive service applications. They feature composite fabric body construction with welded, treated-metal rings for dimensional stability and a wide selection of available cover elastomers that resist oxidation.
- Style 404HP (High Pressure) and Style 404EPS (Extreme Pressure Service): Also for full vacuum abrasive service applications, these models are designed for rigid piping systems with higher pressure ratings.
- Style 406EZ-FLO®: Contains a single wide flowing arch, eliminating the need for a filled arch in slurry services. Its self-flushing arch design eliminates media build-up and reduces turbulence.
- Style 4394: Designed for lower pressure applications like load cell and shaker boot applications, that require substantial amounts of movement axially or laterally.
