Hygienic Sanitary Gaskets
Also referred to as Tri-Clamp Gaskets, Sanitary gaskets are designed to seal hygienic clamp unions with a nearly flush interface, preventing the entrapment of any media within a dead space that can lead to microbial growth and contamination. In addition, the flush interface helps prevent erosion of the elastomeric gasket that could contaminate the process stream.
Seal Clamp Connections in Sanitary Pipe Lines
Sanitary Gaskets are used widely in the Food, Dairy, Beverage, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and other Sanitary Process industries. Their standard design works for virtually any application. They are available in a variety of sizes and elastomers, and can be ADI Free (Animal Derived Ingredient Free).
GFS Type I Sanitary Gaskets come in a variety of elastomers and are ADI Free (Animal Derived Ingredient Free).
GFS Tri-Clamp® Type II Flanged Sanitary Gaskets are manufactured with a flanged design to aid in installation.
GFS Mini Tri-Clamp® Sanitary Gaskets are ADI Free (Animal Derived Ingredient Free) *Buna N is not USP Class VI or ADI Free.
