The Garlock STRESS SAVER® family of products have provided reliable sealing performance in low load flanges for decades. The raised rib features are key in achieving stress optimization through reduced contact area in non-metallic flanges where torque and stress are limited. Each of the Garlock STRESS SAVER® styles are designed to meet a critical need whether that is chemical resistance, high purity sealing or compatibility with piping polymers of construction.

Garlock STRESS SAVER® 3505 is composed of restructured PTFE with aluminosilicate microspheres and is blue in color, ranging from 1/2" to 12"
Operating temperature range is: -450ºF (-268ºC) to 500ºF (260ºC)

The Garlock STRESS SAVER® 6800 provides an economical solution for applications where a PTFE envelope is not required
Operating temperature range is: -40°F (-40°C) to 300°F (149°C)
Garlock STRESS SAVER® XP is a proprietary blend of fluoroelastomers (70 Duro Shore A) and is black in color, ranging in size from 1/2" to 24"
Operating temperature range is: -15ºF (-26ºC) to 400ºF (204ºC)
Garlock STRESS SAVER® 370 is PTFE encapsulated EPDM (60 Duro Shore A) and is either gray blue (PTFE) or off-white (EPDM), ranging in size from 1/2" to 24"
Operating temperature range is: -40ºF (-40ºC) to 300ºF (149ºC)
