Case Study: Custom-Molded Rubber-to-Metal Solution

PROBLEM
Customer was having difficulty with the installation and assembly of a tiny rubber seal onto a metal plunger for one of their products.

SOLUTION
GFS engineers were able to design a custom sealing solution that would mold the seal directly onto the metal component part, eliminating manual labor.
