PS&E ACQUISITION HELPS EXPAND GALLAGHER'S INDUSTRY-LEADING SERVICE AND CAPABILITIES

On May 16th, 2022 Gallagher Fluid Seals, Inc (GFS), of King of Prussia Pennsylvania, completed the acquisition of Packing Seals & Engineering (PS&E), of Fitzgerald Georgia.

GFS is a 66-year-old 3rd generation family business focused on the distribution and manufacture of fluid sealing products, and other industrial components. Since 1959, PS&E has supplied rubber products to a variety of industries, including: Aerospace, Military, Energy, Oil & Gas, Electronics, Fluid Power, Water & Wastewater, and more.

PS&E’s product line compliments GFS’ service offerings. PS&E provides O-rings, oil seals, extrusions, seal kits, hydraulic and pneumatic seals, and more. This acquisition strengthens the existing relationship with manufacturers and suppliers, and it opens new sealing opportunities for customers of each company.
