Style 206 spool-type non-metallic piping expansion joints are manufactured with Garlock’s self-flushing flowing arch design, eliminating the media build up responsible for premature failure in other wide arch designs. This proprietary construction reduces fluid turbulence, often the culprit of catastrophic piping and equipment failure. Intended for use in dynamic, high-pressure applications where low spring rates and higher movements are a requirement. Control units are recommended for most applications to prevent damage to the expansion joint from excessive pipe movement (sold separately).
