Silicone (VMQ) elastomers are ideal for high and low temperature applications. They have high heat and oxidative stability, outstanding low temperature flexibility, and are resistant to many chemicals. Silicones have good ozone and weather resistance as well as good insulating and physiologically neutral properties.
