Combining internal lubrication, a low friction coefficient and low wear rates, Vesconite does not require external lubrication, even where conditions are dry and dirty.
Vesconite Hilube
Vesconite Hilube is a highly advanced thermopolymer in the Vesconite range, particularly suited to operating in wet conditions, including pump and marine applications. Combining low friction and low wear properties, Vesconite Hilube performs exceptionally well under high loads in difficult operating environments.

Vesconite Plates
Vesconite plates, having a wide range of thicknesses, are popular and versatile for low-friction low-wear slides, wear pads, and bearings. Machined to close tolerances, Vesconite plates enable clients to use the thickness as supplied without expensive operations. Vesconite plates can be used to produce large bearing surfaces economically either by bending plates, as cylindrical bearing inserts or stave type inserts.

Vesconite rods provide outstanding wear resistance, low creep rates, and have a much higher load capacity than nylon. Offering a unique combination of high load-bearing strength, low friction and low wear, Vesconite does not require manual lubrication, even in harsh and dirty working environments.
