Customer Problem
Customer was producing diaphragms internally with a small press but could not meet increased demand and required quality of the flapper part - no contaminants could be added during the cutting process
Gallagher’s Solution
GFS obtained samples of the 4100-3NL Medical Breathing Bags and determined manufacturing via die-cut was an option; prototypes were manufactured and testing determined they met all desired specifications
