Garlock Stress Saver® Gaskets
Since 1996 the Garlock family of companies has successfully sealed low load flanges with their Stress Saver® family of products. The molded raised ribs help to create a tighter seal by concentrating the compressive load, ideal for lightweight piping. GARLOCK STRESS SAVER STYLE 3504 GASKET
STRESS SAVER® GYLON® Style 3504 combines the proven sealing advantages of molded, raised ribs with the performance characteristics of the industry recognized GYLON® 3504 PTFE gasketing material. The combination of these two time-tested configurations make STRESS SAVER® GYLON® Style 3504 the ultimate sealing solution.
GARLOCK STRESS SAVER STYLE 3505 GASKET
100% GYLON® PTFE with aluminosilicate microspheres GYLON® STRESS SAVER® Style 3505 combines the proven sealing advantages of molded, raised ribs with the performance characteristics of the industry recognized GYLON® 3504 PTFE gasketing material. The combination of these two time-tested configurations make Style 3505 GYLON® STRESS SAVER® the ultimate sealing solution for NSF 61 Drinking Water Systems.
GARLOCK STRESS SAVER STYLE 6800 GASKET
STRESS SAVER® Style 6800 is made with 100% white EPDM elastomer. Suitable for less critical applications where a tight seal is needed. Recommended for use in flat face flanges only. It provides an economical solution for applications where a PTFE envelope is not required.
GARLOCK STRESS SAVER STYLE XP GASKET
The STRESS SAVER® XP a blend of high performance fluoroelastomers, molded with the same rib configuration as the rest of the STRESS SAVER family of products. In addition, the STRESS SAVER XP is National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) Standard 61/372-certified for use in drinking water systems and carries the Lubrizol FBC™ System Compatible certification making it suitable for use in CORZAN (CPVC) Piping.
GARLOCK STRESS SAVER STYLE 370 GASKET
STRESS SAVER® 370 gaskets feature raised, molded-in sealing rings and seal with 75% less surface area for high performance in non-metallic flanges. Its pure PTFE sealing surface resists many chemicals and the contaminant-free EPDM body is ideal for a variety of high purity applications. It’s a white EPDM elastomer molded with virgin PTFE envelope. Proprietary process bonds the PTFE to the elastomer without the use of adhesives, eliminating envelope fold-over concerns during installation.
