Custom-Fabricated Profiles

Custom-fabricated extrusions can be made into an unlimited combination of shapes, sizes, and profiles. Rubber extrusions can be supplied in either bulk cord-coiled or spooled; or cut to specified lengths, offering an ideal, cost-effective sealing solution for many applications. Other applications include low closure force seals, large diameter profiles that cannot be molded, hollow O-rings, non-standard solid O-rings, and other extruded profiles with large inside diameters.

Standard Profiles

Standard Extrusion ProfilesStandard extruded profiles include solid and hollow “O”, “D”, square, U-channel, rectangular, and hollow dart configurations. Extrusions are available in a variety of elastomers including Nitrile, Neoprene, Ethylene Propylene, Viton®, Silicone, and Isoprene. There are many compounds available to meet, or exceed, specialty-grade standards set by UL, ASTM, Military, FDA, USP Class VI, NSF, and other agencies.

Standard and custom extruded profiles can be supplied as:

  • Spliced Rings: hollow or solid
  • 4-corner PSA-backed spliced “picture frame” gaskets
  • Custom-fabricated gaskets
  • Cut-to-length product, with the option of PSA backing
