He’s talking about the benefits of 94 AU 30000, a durable, effective new sealing solution. Here are the basics of some of the characteristics of this new Freudenberg polyurethane:
Mechanical Characteristics
- Almost double extrusion gaps allowable
- Operating pressure limit increased by 25 percent, from 5800 psi (40 MPa) to 7250 psi (50 MPa)
Chemical Characteristics
- 3 to 5 times higher lifetime in mineral oils
- Up to 10 times higher lifetime in biodegradable fluids/humid conditions
Temperatures
- High temperature operation limit increased by 30 degrees F/15 degrees C and continuously 250 degrees F and 120 degrees C
- Low temperature limit reduced by 10 degrees F/5 degrees C to -31 degrees F and -35 degrees C
