Garlock Style 206 Expansion Joint

Style 206 spool-type non-metallic piping expansion joints are manufactured with Garlock’s self-flushing flowing arch design, eliminating the media build up responsible for premature failure in other wide arch designs. This proprietary construction reduces fluid turbulence, often the culprit of catastrophic piping and equipment failure. Intended for use in dynamic, high-pressure applications where low spring rates and higher movements are a requirement. Garlock Style 204 Expansion Joint

Style 204 spool-type non-metallic piping expansion joints are manufactured with the industry standard narrow arch design, intended for use in dynamic conditions where both pressure and vacuum concerns are present. Utilize Garlock styles 204HP, 204EPS, and 204MAX Expansion Joints for extreme pressure requirements. Control units are recommended for most applications to prevent damage to the expansion joint from excessive pipe movement (sold separately).

The streamlined flowing arch design reduces turbulence and allows smooth, quiet flow without the restricted movement you'll find with a filled arch design. Control units are recommended for most applications to prevent damage to the expansion joint from excessive pipe movement (sold separately).

Garlock Style SURELINK Expansion Joint

Garlock PTFE expansion joints and couplings have pressure ratings high enough to handle most applications. As the pipe size gets larger, Garlock increases the bellows thickness and the strength of the reinforcing rings to compensate for the change in internal forces. This permits the same high pressure. Body Material, Tube Material, and Cover Material are all PTFE on SURELINK expansion joints. Control units are recommended for most applications to prevent damage to the expansion joint from excessive pipe movement (sold separately).
